Who is Jesus? And who is He to you? We’ve experienced it ourselves: Jesus is so much more than just a man who lived 2000 years ago. He is the Son of God and our Savior. Jesus is alive, and He cares about your life, too.
This happens not only in soccer, but also in our lives. We try to achieve our goals and in doing so miss the actual point. Because God created us with a purpose: to be in a relationship with Him. But too often, we miss this goal and go our own way. We fall short—against God, others, and even ourselves. Because Jesus loves you so much, He went to the cross, offering forgiveness and reconciliation. He overcomes and bridges everything that separates you from Him.
God becomes human, just like you and me. An unbelievable story, isn’t it? But what if it’s true? What if Jesus isn’t just history, but part of your story? What if He has plans for you? What if the best is yet to come?
Maybe you’re wondering what faith in Jesus is all about. What you can expect from Him. The Bible says: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor has it entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him" (1 Cor. 2:9). He will make everything new. Forever. And the best part: He’s starting now. Today. With me, and with you. He’s bringing our lives to the ultimate goal.
